hi (sorry by my english)

I have many categories and sub-categories in my weblinks page and i need that only appear the first level of subcategories in any page and any group appear in a diferent page (not collapsible) like http://www.google.com/dirhp, http://dir.yahoo.com/Arts/
is posible with this module? have an example of this?

Well, yes and no.

No, Web Links does not provide a "directory" view itself.

Yes, it can be easily done with Taxonomy List or Taxonomy Context. (You might also look at Taxonomy Menu or Taxonomy Manager.) I am currently working on the 6.x version of TC and think it will do precisely what you want when I am done (right now it is rough, but working well enough to probably do what you need here). Note: At the moment, you cannot enable both TL and TC at the same time.

Taxonomy Context apply navigation to all taxonomies? can filter by taxonomies? future?

Yes, it can filter by vocabulary. Here is an example of showing only the Weblinks vocabulary. I was just testing Taxonomy Image support, so there are nonsensical pictures. Also, the "Edit" links are only available to an admin.
