General theming issue (convert html in Drupal theme)
Hi every one ,
This Post is all about Experts Advice or any one who can give me a better advice.
First of all Thanks to All the Drupal developers who works really hard to make this magic Cms System. and when i develop any site and client appriciate me so i tell them only one thing this is Only the Magic of drupal.
I am Drupal developer and working on drupal last one year and i love to work on drupal , develop new modules, every thing i can do in drupal but now come to the point i have an issue ,
I am only the developer not a designer and where i live there is not any drupal designer available, I told the designer to make html and css for me i will convert my design in drupal theme. so it takes my lots of time to convert theme in drupal. and i develop many drupal projects in php because of the issue of Theme,
Any suggestion what can i do ...?
how can i solve my issue of theming...?

1. Pay someone. This is by far the quickest and easiest way. You will get a quality product and have no stress about theming or design ever again - this is big point, because you can spend more time doing what you really want to. If there is no one in your area then go global, its a big world out here :)
2. Learn how to theme. The hardest and slowest way. Use a base theme like Adaptivetheme or Genesis and port from a PSD file rather than HTML comps, its actually easier and quicker once you know how.
3. Expand your company and hire someone, or form a partnership (with a themer / designer). Sounds like this might not be a good option if there is no-one in your area.
4. You are in Pakistan? Well get something going in Pakistan for Drupal themers and designers, start a community site, get involved, attract new people, network and make contacts - in other words, if its not happening there for you, make it happen :)

yeah I m from pakistan, i m now going to start a community site. And i dont have a company i m a freelance developer.
there should be an application which converts psd to drupal theme .... what do u think is it posible...?

I cant see that ever being a reality to the extent it could actually make a decent theme (theres on the net somewhere, but its rubbish).
Themes are one off unique things, and so much more than nice images - Artiseer or Acquia Theme Garden are a more flexible and sensible approach.

There is no automated theme creation application that I am aware of. However, there are a few online services which you may try. For availing these services, you need to provide either PSD or HTML files, give your specs & you will get a Drupal theme!
The prices are in the range of USD 200 to USD 400 per theme (depending on complexity)
