hyperlinks aren't working in center area

I'm trying to customize the genesis dark theme.
It seems the links within the content area don't work.
For example. If I click on "Content Management"
You get a list of items, the headers are supposed to be clickable links (Comments, Content, Content Types, etc), but they aren't. However, they DO follow the css assignments for links.
I also notice that the Button to delete a Content Type isn't clickable (but Cancel is) when you get to the confirmation page.
What do I need to do to get these items to work?

Depends what you did to create this, since the normal install does not have these issues (many people use this starter theme, never been reported before). Maybe you installed a module or perhaps a Javascript png fix and are using IE6 - that can cause issues with form elements and links, but thats not specific to this theme, its just a general issue with using png fix and IE6.

I'm not sure what went wrong,
I'm not sure what went wrong, but I went with a different theme, and all is well.
Thank you for your help!

All is well because you hacked the theme, broke it an then blamed the theme, nice.

I didn't hack it. I was
I didn't hack it.
I was following the directions, and I hadn't touched anything but what was being directed. There isn't anything in the css code that would effect the hyperlinks within a page (all you do is set up the layout, then colorize), is there? I would imagine that would be somewhere in the php code. I know that css code doesn't control the functionality of a hyperlink in a page.
I even removed it and tested it with no adjustments and it still didn't work. Maybe my download was jacked, maybe something went wrong with my extraction who knows? Some days are better than others, but I'm not a COMPLETE dolt. Maybe the Genesis dark theme isn't supposed to be edited the way the lite and the other one is (I have no clue). Maybe I just messed something up when I was setting up the layout? (I did get kind of confused where I was supposed to place things, but that was mostly with the side bar edits, not the main content area.). The weird part was, that SOME of the links worked, some of them didn't, there really was no rhyme or reason to it.
You make me sound like I'm some malicious user or something, which I'm not.
I just want my site to work, I wasn't bad mouthing anyone :(
I'm sorry if I offended you, in some way.
I will rephrase my original statement from my other post.
I'm sorry I'm too stupid to comprehend the instructions that came with the Genesis theme. I hung my head in shame and went to another theme as an alternate route.
