Thanks to everyone who came to last month's Drupal Drop In and made it such a great success. Our second meet up will be at the same venue this coming Friday. As an added bonus, the Lullabots will be in town this week, and are gonna come to the meeting.
The schedule for this meet up will be slightly different from the last:
[6:30 - 7:30] Developers will be demonstrating new features they've been working on (ground floor)
[7:30 - late] Introductions and freeform discussion (basement bar)
[9:30 - late] User workshop: volunteer developers available to demonstrate Drupal to users (ground floor)

I hope to be there again. I've made a 3 minute webcast showing how to install drupal, so rather than spending half an hour showing people again (and forgetting to change my DNS settings to get my wireless working and thus taking an hour), maybe I can put it on a usb memory stick and everyone can take a copy if they want it.
I may also demonstrate my online yearbook system to give people an idea of how flexible drupal is.

Friday is my very last day of running the systems at LondonTown, so we have a bit of a goodbye party. The good news is that the event is just around the corner from BTR. The bad news is that the tequila is pretty strong.
