I am using this module in my Drupal site, and seeing it from a Vista computer at home and an XP computer at work. In the XP, with either IE8 or FF, all is well, it loads for some seconds and that's it.

In the Vista computer, it stays forever with the Loading message and I never see the list of users.....

It is posible that your home firewall is blocking the chat conection.

I have the same Problem with Version 6x-8.9 on Windows XP with FF, IE and Chrome.
Sometimes it works fine, but sometime the Chat hungs.

It works fine with firefox and chrome, but always loading in IE8.

Just installed, followed all the direction, uninstalled and reinstalled, read all the posts

STILL.... getting a "Loading..." forever regardless of computer, OS, or browser.

After a change of version, got a JS error in the browser. Never managed to solve it.

At the end decided to abandon.

Hi,

I've earlier installed the drupal bowob module to my drupal site, it works perfectly there. Now when i've installed it in my second site, i've installed the bowob module of the previous site by mistake.

Now the site load's the script for the configuration details of the first site. I've uninstalled and again installed the bowob module, cleared the cache, but i get the same error.

Try to delete all bowob files and reinstall your module.

I reinstalled it, I clear caches, I tried everything, it only appears "chat loading" all the time..
I got no idea how to get it work..
I got windows 7 and have tried firefox and ie..

bowob bar still loading en get this error.

I checked in FIrefox, IE, Chrome, Safari - all show the same 'chat loading...'

I've checked on XP, Windows 7 and Vista as well as Osx10 and have the same problem.

I sent a support email from the bowob website and it's been a week with no reply.

I guess they don't believe in good customer support, whether it's free or not.

Sad.
