Center Pictures in Last Row and Create "Floor" Under Gallery So Other Content is Not Pulled into Blank Spaces

Description
Currently, when the last row of images is not completely full, the bottom of the gallery breaks the CSS of other modules below such as Share This and sucks in parts of CSS or text. Would it be possible to center the last row and basically put a virtual "floor" under the gallery? So, if there were rows of 3, place 1 or 2 images in the middle of the last row or if rows of 4, center 2 images on the last row... I hope this makes sense, if not please let me know and I will try and provide some more examples.
