I would like to enter Collapsed Text tags in admin/content/node-type/story/ (Submission form settings) (Explanation or submission guidelines). Could that be made to work? Thx.

Hi,

I don't see a way to change the input filter for those fields. If there is a way, I believe that's how you would do it.
