Convert "API version" to generic milestones

Description
The concept of "API version" is specific to software development. It confuses use of Project+ for other kinds of project work, including net-new work that is not development or operations/maintenance work.
Could you change "API version" to some kind of generic milestone concept? If you use Project+ for software development, then it may be a versioned release. But if you use it for something else, it can adapt.
