I'm been going batty trying to figure this out, but I can't come across anyone with the same problem:
I'm trying to display an exposed filter for a content taxonomy field, but it's as if views isn't recognizing that it's supposed to display alternative settings for an exposed content taxonomy filter.
It seems that everyone else gets this going without a hitch, so I'm doubtful that it's anything simple, but I'm just hoping that a kind and generous someone can quickly look over my settings (attached), and let me know if anything jumps out.
If this fails, then I'll have to assume it's some obscure module conflict :(
Thanks so much for any help you can give!!

patcon commentedOh hey, I got confused too -- HS Taxonomy Views Integration just got finished, but HS CONTENT Taxonomy Views Integration just got started. There's a link to the relevant thread through that thread link I just gave, but here it is directly #555418-3: Hierarchical Select Content Taxonomy Views Integration.
I've got a temporary fix idea posted there, if that helps!
Cheers

wim leers#4 contains the answer. In D5, an exposed content taxonomy filter would automatically use HS if the field used HS, but that's no longer the case in D6, due to way Views works. It's also more flexible now.

jackrabbitsf commentedI'm sorry if this is obvious to those who are more advanced ... but is it possible to get the exposed CONTENT taxonomy filters to successfully implement hierarchical selects?????
Right now i am using HS on CONTENT Taxonomy fields in the create content form... IT WORKS GREAT! Then I try to create a view using the same fields.. When i expose the filter, it shows all values through the entire hierarchy/Taxonomy all at once- (no way to drill down).. is this what the HS Content Taxonomy Views is for? It won't install in 6.15.....
Is there a way for my exposed filters to execute the hierarchical select???
Many Thanks!!!!!
