In the "Fields" section, a CCK date field is in "Content."

By contrast, in the "Filters" section, if I want to filter on a CCK date field I need to select "Node Date" and then click on the CCK field next.

This is very confusing.

This is not part of views, because it is not views which does the interface. Perhaps the date module could fix this, but i guess its my design.
