Provide support for lightboxes

Hey,
I'd love to have support for lightboxes. Those are a nice way to display content like images and movies. You could for instance include prettyphoto or mediabox, or just general support for "rel" for a specific content type. (like images, movies). The biggest problem i have come up so far is that any parameters that are added to the link name (like ?width=300) break the download capability (as of 2.0-rc10).
