Issue Summary
I installed flir for Drupal 6.14, and it seems to work pretty well with the default font that comes with. But when I try to upload fonts to the folder sites/default/files/flir/fonts via ftp the folder just does not allow me to. I have checked the CHMOD and the permissions are set to 775, which means that I could perfectly add any file. I don't know if this is relevant but I can't even erase the folders nor its contents, I can't upload any other file, create a folder or move them around. I wonder if this issue has to do with my host provider or someone else has had the same problem. But honestly I hadn't had any problem before with any other folder.
Thanks in advance.

I just ran into the same problem as turoibz described above.
Please, does anyone have any ideas about solving this problem ?

hmm... sounds like a hosting permission issue. You could also try deleting that folder and then manually creating it so you're the owner. Probably an ownership issue. Or, you can also put fonts in the fonts folder that comes with flir and it should read from there as well.

Thanks a great deal.
You were right, it was a permissions thing. No matter what I tried in terms of deleteing and recreating the file, I simply wasn't permitted.
I had to get the service provider to deal with it and now I can upload.
Thanks for you help.
