I like the module a lot, but I have issues with multiple images in Firefox. Can I wait for newer releases or should I stick with imagecache?

gooddesignusa commentedI really like this module as well. A while back ago my boss paid longwave to bug fix / adding features. Maybe Its time to try to get him to take a look at the issues. I know he is very busy. I will talk with him Monday. I can get the boss to chip in since I'm noticing some weird bugs in the newest Firefox.
None of the other crop modules fit my needs. Our users upload big images and the Imagefield Crop can render messed up in small width theme.
Since this crop module opens in another window it doesn't mess with the theme. Having scaling / multiple crop presents is a big plus as well. Having a close up crop of a face for the teaser img and a full body shot for the story... etc.
I use this module on EVERY site I make with Drupal. Would really love to see it worked on some more.
Great job so far :) and thanks

longwaveI currently have no time at all to work on this module.
People can help out by posting patches and reviewing them where possible, and I will try to commit reviewed patches to the -dev branch when I have a few minutes. Otherwise if someone else wants to step up to help maintain the module that would also be useful.

mrfelton commentedHi guys,
I've recently been CVS commit access to this module and have started working my way through the issues. Please checkout the latest code from CVS, give it a test and let me know how you get on.
