The module starts by define(WEBLINKS_OVERVIEW_PATH...) but define needs a string for its first argument, causing a php strict warning.

The current official release is 6.x-2.3. The overview stuff no longer exists #483764: Remove admin page. Once a release is created, it cannot be modified, so it can never be fixed in 6.x-2.0. Please upgrade to the latest release and this will be taken care of.
