Created a weblink (unpublished at the moment).
http://www.example.ie/content/web-links/developing-ability-partnership
which links to http://www.example.ie/weblinks/goto/863
(The Taxonomy tags were "xxx, xxx, xxx, PBS, xxx, xxx" so I edited weblinks and deleted the PBS "group" as I did not want this.)
The above weblink does not work and says "Invalid group requested (goto)."
So I selected the parent node: http://www.example.ie/content/web-links/developing-ability-partnership then choose "Edit" -> "Delete" and this (surprisingly) does not work.
I unpublished the node.
Now I recreated the node:
http://www.example.ie/content/web-links/developing-ability-partnership-0
http://www.example.ie/weblinks/goto/864
(I was happy with tags this time).
Again. the link says ""Invalid group requested (goto)."
The node cannot be deleted either.
I am not sure why this issue suddenly arose.

6.x-2.3 is the current version and it is working fine for me. The only thing I can suggest is that you try clearing the cache so that the menu is rebuilt (or better yet, have Devel rebuild it).

I added a new link before upgrading and the new link works fine.
Old link still broken ( http://www.rainchild.ie/weblinks/goto/864 )
Upgraded to 6.x.2.3.
Still broken.
Cleared Drupal and Browser Caches (again!)
Still broken.
In general weblinks module is functioning fine for me except this link is doing strange things.
Different behaviour in different browsers (blank in Google chrome, "Invalid group requested (Goto)" in IE).
I will delete and recreate in 6.x.2.3 and examine table in myphpadmin to see if I can find the issue.
