I would like to see an option added where the legend text is not repeated

When Apply is clicked on to expand the section it should not be repeated in the expanded block

I second this! The way it is set up now doesn't make sense. A quick fix I did was apply the style "display:none" to your header tags and that seemed to work. Still, the user should have the option to hide the header in the collapsed portion.

I've just created a new version (beta) under 6.x-2.0-beta1. It should no longer repeat the legend text. Let me know how it works out for you.
