Hi,
I was wondering if there is an easy way so that
setup a "group administrator" so that he can add and remove
people from its group.

Like if I have a "news" group, there might be a "news director" user
that can add people to its own group so that he can start writing news,
but he has no power on other groups!

Look for this: Organic groups
