Description

There is not a 'description' field in my Web Links create content form.

Yet in the Web Links there is this option....
Link description display: No description, Teaser length, Full length
This sets how the description will be displayed on the main links page.

Where did the field go?

I want to use the Link description display option to display no description on the links page, but I do want to display an expanded description on the Web Links node.

The description field is also know as the body field. We use rename the body field to description but when we moved to 6.x-2.x we reverted back to body when we moved closer to a standard node type.

Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me...but I do not see the 'body' field either.
Here is a list of the fields I do see on the Web Links, Edit Manage fields / Display fields

Link Name
Taxonomy
Menu settings
Nodewords
Book
Revision information
Comment settings
Printer, e-mail and PDF versions
Path settings
Last checked date/time
URL hash
Reciprocal link
Last status date/time
Link URL
Last status
Click counter
Last click date/time

Thanks for any further help

Ah...finally figured it out.
I accidently blanked out the 'body field label' while editing the content type.
This will cause the Body or Description field to disappear.
