hi. i´m drupal´s new user from spain. what them use the site: www.hazteoir.org? i don´t know what them is it....please, somebody help me?

The theme used is Newsflash. (I viewed the source and looked at the header)

The designers could have started with newsflash then customized it to be the way they wanted.

Start with the theme developers guide.
Look at the source of the site in question and compare.
