auto assign language on path registration

Hello,

Is it possible to have the language setting automatically set on registration path based on role?
For example: Role A=American and Role B=Fresh
1) When user registers as Role A at user/register/american and signs into account they see English
2) When user registers as Role B at user/register/french and signs into account they see French

I hope someone will be able to direct me in the right path.
