Template default permission not applied when creating new Galleries

Issue Summary

Hello,

I just notice womething wrong with the template optino in the galleries permission :
In template field, i successfully load a gallery and permission are corectly displayed.
I both check save and default option.

When i create new galleries, option of the template gallery are displayed.

But the problem is when i edit the newly created gallery, the module default option are here instead of the template ones !
(default IGA permission are anyone can view and authenticated can post, but i want that only authanticated user could see and nobody post except moderators)

I don't know if i miss somting somewhere or if there is something wrong in the code...
