In some contributed modules / themes I get uppercase / lowercase name clashes when I unzip them on Windows. For instance, in A dark proxiss theme (6.x-1.1) I found a lowercase licence.txt and an uppercase LICENSE.txt. And I remember another module where the same thing happened.

In many cases these duplicate files are just meaningless leftovers. Would be nice if that could be automatically cleaned up when packaging. Or show a warning to the maintainer.
