2nd fee causes Order total preview to be blank

I have 2 different product classes each with it's own fee. The first one I set up works fine and I can see the fee in the Order total preview but on the other one, which as far as I can tell has been set up in the same way, the Order total preview is completely blank (not even Subtotal and Order Total).
If I do an order with a combination of the 2 classes the Order total preview shows correctly but is missing the 2nd Fee.

I've also noticed that if you order the 2nd fee above the first the Order Total Preview is blank. Any suggestions would be welcome as I'm due to launch in about a week and could really do with this feature.

Please try again with beta-2. A lot of the JavaScript has been rewritten.
