The attached patch will redirect the user to the actual download location if given the URL of a file within file browser. Thereby the file browser becomes the only place you need to link to for any downloads on your site, the actual downloading (and its location) is handled by the filebrowser internals.

From the looks, this patch redirects the user to some folder path if given a valid folder for the filebrowser page. But the goal of this module is to provide a browser not to redirect to a server folder list. Am I in misunderstanding about the internals of this patch?
