Hi! We use Casetracker with integrated CT mail notifications at work. It works nicely and we all get mail when the case is updated, BUT. We are alle norwegians and write in norvegian... that means our comments are in .. norvegian. The norvegian lanugage consists of 3 extra special characters. øæå / ÆØÅ. When adding a comment and recieving mail the special chars look like: æøå. this makes the mail almost unreadable. Are anyone able to help with this problem? Look below for a full mail example. Note that special chars from the template itself is sent by mail.

jmiccolis commentedHi all,
I'm looking for feedback on how we can move forward with CT Mail, as it's the big release blocker for Drupal 6 http://drupal.org/node/712794

jmiccolis commentedI've just removed CT mail from the Casetracker suite. My intention is to replace it with a messaging and notifications module that extends what you can already do with those modules. However this issue no longer applies to Case Tracker - setting it to "won't fix".
