Is patch of node.module and tracker.module still needed in 4.7.0

Issue Summary

Do the node and tracker modules still need to be patched to prevent the site from searching job posting content? Are the included 4.6.2 patches safe to PATCH the 4.70 node and tracker modules?

4.7 no longer supported. cleaning up issue queue.
