Where to store translations ?

I just downloaded the Dutch translation file nl-6.x-1.5.tar.gz ,

but I don't know where to place it in my web directory ????????

how to make translate interface 100% ??????????

You need to import them.

You need to unzip the files and then import them to your site. Navigate to admin/build/translate/import to import the po files.
