When adding a question via "manage questions" you should be taken back to the same page

I find the flow of adding questions to a quiz quite cumbersome. When I have created a quiz and gone to the "manage questions" tab to add a questions, I expect to get right back to the "manage questions" page after I have added the question, so I can add more questions right away.

Instead I get to view the question I just created, then must find the quiz again in my content, then click "manage questions" again, then add a new question. And repeat. I believe it is more important to easily add questions, then you can preview them after.
