The Submitted By module allows site admins to customize $submitted for nodes and comments.

Presently AdaptiveTheme defers to this module during node preprocessing, but not during comment preprocessing, so support for the module is incomplete.

These patches add a test for the submitted_by module to the comment pre-processing.
