theme drupal_pwc016_business installed, i want to remove the footer note please help, i tried to found out but not found anywhere, any one please help me

Unfortunately, I don't understand anything what you are saying. Could you give an example of what is happening, and what you need removed, and how this is related to footnotes.module?

It doesn't have anything to do with Footnotes; it relates to a third party theme (one that is not available from drupal.org).

Sorry devigadu, you should ask for help from the company that supplied the theme, or try asking in the forums (drupal.org/forum ).
