I've done the setup as per the readme text.
When i click on add note I'm able to see a square box, i can resize and move it around it has a cancel button but where do i enter the text as there is no place for inputing text

Are you sure you have enabled comments for this content type and the user you are using has the proper permissions to post comments.

i have the exact same issue and i have comments enabled and permission to post comments. like infabmfy, there is no text cursor when i click in the text box area.
