In cases where multiple people work on many nodes it would be great to have a token dedicated to revision author. Currently it's only possible to send an email to the original node author, not by revision.

Available in versions dated 31-Dec-09 or later.
The available revision tokens are:

* vid: Node revision ID
* revision-title: Revision title
* revision-author-uid: Revision author's user id
* revision-author-name: Revision author's user name
* revision-author-name-raw: Revision author's user name -- aw user input.
* revision-author-mail: Revision author's e-mail
* revision-author-mail-raw: Revision author's e-mail -- raw user input.
