I searched through the existing issues, but I didn't see this one.
When I try to create a new quiz, I do not have a SAVE or PREVIEW button.
The create quiz screen seems to have all the elements except those 2 buttons.
"Publishing options" is the last thing that appears on the screen. Below that, nothing.
I am using the Waffles theme, but I have also switched to garland, but no change.
I can create quiz questions.
I have tried uninstalling, deleting and reinstalling the module. No effect.
I am logged in as administrator (user 1), with all permissions.
PHP version 5.2.9
MySQL version 4.1.22-standard
Please let me know if you require more information. I have provided all that I can think of.

jk commentedI had the same issue. Save button appeared after setting previewing posts optional:
Administer -> Post settings -> Preview post: (x) Optional ( ) Required
This is still a bug...

I'd like to ask, is there a simple set of instructions for using the quiz module? the current documentation is a bit unclear. It says you must create a vocabulary first, and associate it with Quiz. I did that, but I don't see how the taxonomy relates to the quiz.
It also says that you must create a quiz question first, before you can create a new quiz. But that didn't really seem to be necessary.
I'm not complaining. I really like the quiz module. But I'm finding it a little confusing to set up.
Do you know of any sites that I can visit to see a good example of quiz in action?

WashingtonIsBroke commentedI'm having the same issue. I created a Short Question first (successful after removing/installing xmlsitemap). Then went to Create Quiz. There is no Preview of Publish or any kind of button at the end. It should be after the Publishing options.

falcon commentedI fixed this one in Quiz 4. Thank you for reporting!
In quiz 4 the save button will be available right away for question types where the preview button have been removed even if preview is required to make a post.
