Japanese file name and folders are not showing. Please help.

Another issue is it seems to me that root folders are searchable by drupals default search engines. How can the subfolders also be searchable. I know FILE searching is not yet built. Thank you for your great module.

Can you attach a tgz file with a folder name and file names using you encoding in order for me to test ?
