Put Link to D7 Read More Project Page on the D6 and Earlier Project Page

Thanks for the great module.

I was looking at the project page title with the added "and earlier" and I thought that this module might have gotten into D7 core! It's a bit confusing. I was disappointed to see that just the namespace has changed. (Though I agree, it's a good namespace change.)

If you could just add a sentence to the project page with a link to project/read_more that would be great. I see on the project/read_more page you have a link back here. Fair is fair -- you gotta go both ways :)
