Hi,
I been using this module from few days in my site for ticketing system,
But recently i updated my acquia drupal, then after support ticketing module started giving error,
When a user opens a ticket through email, i am sending replay to the post, when i replay the email is not being sent to the user one who added the post, instead i am receiving it my self to my email id,
Please help out with this issue, I am struck with this module now!

jeremy commentedWhat is the error that you are getting?
If you edit the user that you want to be receiving the email, does his/her email address show up correctly on the admin page?

and the email address that should receive the mails is also perfect.

Mails are not being sent to the user who created the post, instead it is sent back to to the user who has
replied or commented to the post.

Permissions where not set properly, so it was not sending mails...
