I'd like to use Decisions module, but I don't see how : I just have a menu entry in 'Administer>Site configuration' called 'Configure decisions', nothing else. And I don't find any documentation except the README.TXT file.

brulain, mrmat, I also have no clue what to do with this module. I also installed Advanced Poll and I can't figure out how to use any of its features either??

If someone could help that would be great!

On admin/build/modules have you also enabled "Ranking" or "Selection" under the voting fieldset? After you enable one (or both) of those a new content type should appear. Try enabling the "Selection" Module and then go to "Create Content" (node/add) and click Decisions - selection.

That should do it.
