Hi

I am using UC Setcom and everything was working fine until recently and now order statuses are no longer being updated. I have noticed that the order number doesn't seem to be in the Setcom/Monsterpay reference, which is now just the date and time of the transaction and I think it is the missing order number that is breaking the update process. Our store is not very busy and the last good transaction was 6 Oct and we have only found this problem in the last 2 days, so I was also wandering if the Setcom - Monsterpay change could have caused this. I would appreciate help in resolving this issue.

Hi Chris
I notice you use the Drupal 5 version. No changes have been made to that version this year.
So I would also think it might be the change over to monsterpay.
I will check and come back to you.
Setcom choose the wrong time to do this, time is a bit limited here.
