Maybe it's just something about my local test environment, but if I setup Project* without cvs.module, and try to create release nodes with files manually attached, I can't actually submit a release node directly if I select a filename. It just hangs indefinitely. To attach a file, it seems that you have to preview the release node first, then the submit works fine.
