The rtl version of this theme doesn't work. I see that there are rtl-images, but there is no rtl CSS file. Can someone make a rtl version for this theme?

Thats not going to happen by making this request in the forum - you should first approach the theme developer in the theme issue queue. RTL themes takes ages to build so don't hold your breath.
