The chat popout window currently relies on Garland theme. It's broken when trying to open it with Acquia Marine or other theme which doesn't define phptemplate_get_ie_styles():

Fatal error: Call to undefined function phptemplate_get_ie_styles() in /sites/all/modules/chatroom/page-chat-popout.tpl.php on line 10.

the popout css really could use some work, but i don't have time for it right now. patches welcome ;-)
