- lots of variable renames to make what they are more clear, we can discuss better names
- ripped out stage one makefiles
- use drush_make to download core
- rip out build key crap

hunmonk commentedsince nobody had time to review, and we need to keep this ball rolling, i've committed the attached patch. works well in local testing, and no more stage one make files, or weirdo validation key stuff!
