Can u tell me how to create a community modules, like orkut communities, i download the Community Tags module and the Tagadelic module, but i did't get it, is it my way is correct or wrong . please help me.......

tagadelic.module and community tags.module are for tagging content not for creating communities.

If you want user created communities investigate the organic groups.module.
If you want a single community you can employ any of the modules in the downloads area to build one.

As VeryMisunderstood said, try organic groups module, and do read the documentation to use it.
