Hello!

It would be really nice with a possibility to send an old newsletter to new subscribers (that subscribed after the newsletter was sent, of course). Something to implement maybe?

Simplenews does not keep track (for long term) of to who it sent which newsletter. So there is no way of knowing who received what. An extension to the send and user admin interface would be welcomed. Can you write code, can you hire someone to do this, how can you contribute? I would be happy to assist you to work on this, but I have no priority to work on this myself.
