Improved UI and Availability scheduling

I have several suggestions for features for this excellent module:
1. A Calendar view similar to the Event module showing one month at a time with dates highlighted (bold) if a reservation exists on that date. This could then be incorporated into a block view. Clicking on a given date would take the user to the reservations for that date.
2. Ability to specify availability for a resource so that user can not make a reservation when the item is unavailable or closed. Admin should be able to specify multiple repeating blocks of time when item is either available or unavailable (i.e. 10am to 9pm, Mon to Fri and 11am to 6pm Sat and Sun, every week)
3. Combining 1 & 2 would be a calendar display where the user could make a reservation by clicking on available blocks of time, similar to seat selection in a airplane reservation system.
