It's not possible to make Multichoice question in 6.x-4.0-alpha4. In the page Admin --> create content --> Multiple choice question there are only standard Drupal categories like:
#Input format #Menu settings #Revision information #Comment settings #Authoring information #Publishing options.

There are no categories to create a question like:
# Question
# Alternatives
# Add to Quiz.

How to reproduce?
Got to: Admin --> create content --> Multiple choice question
There you can see that there is no possibility to create a Multiple choice question

Hi Neorg ,

This is karthick and have been into drupal for the last few days. I have created many multiple choice questions using drupal alpha 4.

Steps to add multiple choice question:

Create content --> quiz Now you can do whatever you wish to have in this particular like adding comments,results etc.(But remember you cant do anything with question)--> save
Once the quiz is created you can see a new page appear on the screen like

quizname * View * Download * Manage questions * Quiz admin * Take quiz * Edit
Add new question
Long answer question
Matching
Multiple choice question
Quiz directions
Scale question
Short answer question
True/false question

Now just click multiple choice question and you can start using multiple choice questions.

I am not sure why Question, Alternatives and Add to Quiz fields are missing for you. I have not seen anything related to this in issue queue. Try to reinstall quiz module and follow karthick's suggestion. Hope this helps. Marking this issue as fixed, you can open it if you find any problem related to this.

It was a bug in the 6.x-4.0-alpha4 release from faclon. A couple of day's later the bug was fixed by flacon.
