Plugin Manager keeps diving for the dev release when a module update is available for Privatemsg

I'm assuming that isn't normal behavior as I've not seen it on other modules and that the issue is some how connected to how the file for privatemsg is added to the repository.

Can I leave that with someone here to follow up on with the maintainer as per the thread above.

I update privatemsg module with plugin manager. This doesn't seem to be an issue anymore.
