On a multilingual website (using i18n module) paths are provided only for http://example.com/LANG/favicon.ico and not for the simple http://example.com/favicon.ico, where LANG is the path prefix.

I have not marked this issue as bug because it occours only when a module using a path prefix in like i18n is enabled.
