Adding a setting to empty fields on preview

Thanks a lot for the great module.

I just wrote a patch, that adds an option to empty inactive controlled fields on preview as well. It also changes the logic how fields are emptied.

(I know, that the elseif clause seams unnecessary, but there was an unexpected behavior in the first place - that suddenly vanished. I left it there, if this pops up again.)
