Yeah, IE7 is flaky sometimes.
For example, if the content inside a column is too wide (maybe from an image or something), then instead of constraining the content within the column (which is what I've coded the css to tell IE to do), IE will sometimes instead just push the column down.
However, your screenshot seems to show a different issue.

Glenmoore commentedExactly the same problem here. Aggregating stylesheets makes no difference.
